We offer multiple treatment options including root canal therapy, retreatment root canal therapy, Apicoectomy, Resorption Repair, Vital Pulp Therapy, and multiple anesthesia options all while utilizing the latest technology.
For your first visit, please take all medications you normally take on a daily basis, and eat a full meal. Please also bring identification, your dental insurance card, and a referral slip from your dentist.
We’re in network with most insurance providers, including Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and more. If your insurance is under the Careington umbrella, we’re happy to work with that too.
At Harpeth Endodontics, we utilize only the best technology including our CBCT scanner, ultrasonics, and advanced irrigation.
We use multiple different types of anesthesia including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, and intravenous sedation. The type of sedation treatment you need can vary depending on treatment type and personal preference.
After treatment, you will continue to be numb for 1-4 hours. If possible avoid chewing until after the numbness has resolved so that you don’t accidentally bite your tongue, lip or cheek. Some biting tenderness is normal and expected for a few days.
